Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
  • The item must not have been washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • The original hang tag and product ticket must remain attached and in their original position.
  • The item must be returned with its original packaging.
  • Returns or exchanges may be rejected if the product shows any signs of wear, use, damage, stains, odors, or if the hang tag/ticket has been removed.

Non returnable items

The following products cannot be returned to ensure the safety of blue mouth Sports customers:

  • Caps, head covers and socks.
  • Nutritional supplements, sports bras, boxers and water bottles.
  • Products that were returned in a condition other than their original condition.
  • The previous products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they have a manufacturing defect.
  • Products from which the brand or price tag has been removed.

Items that do not meet the above conditions will not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received by our team, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions stated above. After the inspection is completed and the return is approved, the refund will be processed immediately, and the amount will be sent to the customer through the Instapay or Vodafone cash

All products undergo a quality check before shipment. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us through WhatsApp as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned in a condition different from their original state may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
