Make sure the tag is clearly attached like this - Visible, uncut, hanging from the item.
STEP 4
Confirm your return/exchange request.
Press "Everything seems in order" to confirm and send for review.
STEP 5
Congratulations! Your request submitted and it is in review. keep an eye on your email inbox.
